We are engineers, not data brokers. We collect only what is necessary to train you (Academy) or build for you (Agency).

1. Data We Collect

We collect information in two contexts: as a Student (Academy) or as a Client (Agency).

For Students

  • • Identity: Name, Email, GitHub Handle.
  • • Performance: Code submissions, test scores, attendance.
  • • Financial: Payment screenshots (UPI/Bank) for tax verification.

For Agency Clients

  • • Business Info: Company details, NDA documents.
  • • Technical: Server access logs, API keys (encrypted).
  • • Comms: Slack/Email threads regarding project scope.

2. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell data to third parties. Your data is used strictly for:

  • Course Delivery: Sending calendar invites, Zoom links, and curriculum updates.
  • Verification: Ensuring valid payments and preventing fraud/piracy.
  • Placement Support: Sharing your Resume and GitHub Portfolio with our hiring partners (only with your explicit consent).
  • System Security: Monitoring traffic to prevent DDoS attacks on our infrastructure.

3. Security & Storage

We treat your data like production secrets.

  • All database entries (MongoDB/Postgres) are encrypted at rest.
  • Sensitive keys (API Tokens) are never logged; they are stored in secure environment variables.
  • Access to student/client data is restricted to core engineering staff only.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal cookies necessary for the app to function:

  • Auth Tokens: To keep you logged in.
  • Stripe/Payment: To process transactions securely.
  • Vercel Analytics: Anonymous usage data to improve site performance (Load times, Core Web Vitals).
