Terms of Service.
This Master Services Agreement governs your relationship with CodingNovas, whether you are a Student (Academy) or a Client (Agency).
1. Academy Enrollment Terms
Enrollment & Payment
CodingNovas operates on a cohort-based model. By securing a seat via payment (Full or EMI), you agree to the following:
- Non-Refundable: All fees paid are strictly non-refundable. We allocate server resources and mentor hours immediately upon enrollment.
- EMI Default: Failure to pay installments within 3 days of the due date results in immediate revocation of access to the LMS, Discord, and Internship program.
Code of Conduct
We maintain a professional engineering environment. Zero tolerance for harassment, piracy (sharing paid material), or academic dishonesty. Violations result in immediate expulsion without refund.
2. Agency Client Terms
These terms apply to all custom software development projects engaged via CodingNovas Agency.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client owns 100% of the Source Code and Intellectual Property rights. CodingNovas retains the right to use the work in our portfolio unless a White-Label NDA is signed.
Payment Milestones
Projects are billed in milestones (e.g., 50% Upfront, 50% Delivery). Work stops immediately if a milestone invoice remains unpaid for >7 days.
3. Limitation of Liability
For Academy: CodingNovas provides education and mentorship. We do not guarantee employment, salary outcomes, or specific job offers. Career results depend on the student's effort and market conditions.
For Agency: CodingNovas provides software "as is" upon delivery. While we offer a standard bug-fix warranty period (typically 30 days), we are not liable for business losses, data breaches caused by client negligence, or third-party API failures.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
