Terms of Service

By enrolling in codingnovas, you agree to these binding terms.

1. Enrollment & Payments

  • Manual Verification: Since we use UPI/WhatsApp for payments, your seat is only confirmed after we verify the transaction ID.
  • Fraud Policy: Sending fake screenshots, reversed transactions, or manipulated UTR numbers will result in an instant permanent ban and reporting to cybercrime authorities.
  • Installment Default: If you choose the EMI plan, failure to pay the 2nd or 3rd installment within 3 days of the due date will result in immediate termination of your account. No certificates or refunds will be issued for the portion already paid.

2. Refund & Cancellation

We maintain a strict NO REFUND policy under any circumstances.

  • We do not offer "trial periods."
  • We do not offer refunds if you "change your mind" or "find it too hard."
  • We do not offer refunds if you are unable to attend live classes due to personal reasons. Recordings are not provided to encourage attendance, as stated in our curriculum.

3. Internship & Placement

codingnovas is an upskilling cohort, not a recruitment agency.

  • Paid Internship: This is an opportunity provided by codingnovas internally or through partners. It is contingent on passing Phase 1 (Assignments + Attendance). It is not a "right" but a "reward" for performance.
  • Placement Assistance: We promise to refer you to companies and help you build a resume. We DO NOT guarantee a job. Hiring is a decision made solely by third-party employers.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials (assignments, codebases, project architectures) are proprietary to codingnovas.

Sharing our internal resources, Zoom links, or Discord access with non-paying individuals is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

codingnovas is not liable for any career outcomes, salary negotiations, or lack of job offers. We provide education and mentorship; the market results depend on the student's execution and the economic climate.
